The Scientific Council is the judiciary of the CDS and is an integral component of its democracy.
Members of this body are responsible for ensuring that the actions of the CDS government, as well as citizens and non-citizens alike do not violate the CDS Constitution, the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, or our founding philosophies. As part of this responsibility, the Scientific Council is responsible for moderating the CDS forums to ensure conversations remain civil and avoid libellous or overtly inflammatory statements.
